About The Position
Travelier, formerly Bookaway Group, is a dynamic travel-tech company transforming the way people experience ground and sea transportation. Our innovative digital platforms simplify complex local markets, empowering travelers to effortlessly book ferries, buses, and trains worldwide. Our group builds technology that allows the different Travelier brands to reach world scale, share inventory and optimize their customer experience.
We’re looking for an HRBP to join our team. In this role you will:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure a smooth employee experience globally
- Act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team and CHRO on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development of the relevant units
- Oversee performance review cycles, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal-setting, feedback, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with local and global HR teams to drive cross-company initiatives and foster a culture of excellence.
- Support internal mobility, promotions, and workforce planning to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Manage the HRBP budget to optimize resource allocation and support strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR business partnering
- Experience working in a global organization (matrix structure preferred, but not required) with the ability to collaborate across different regions and cultures.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices including performance management, employee relations and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams
- Ability to travel as required to support business needs
