We are seeking a Head of Legal to lead our legal team at our headquarters and oversee the legal teams in our subsidiaries. This senior position will be responsible for managing a wide range of corporate legal matters, including negotiating and executing key corporate documents for board and shareholder engagements, M&A activities, banking and finance transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the legal team at HQ, with matrix management of legal teams in our subsidiaries
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate documents
• Oversee M&A processes, finance arrangements, and regulatory compliance efforts
• Provide legal counsel and support to cross-functional teams across global markets
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on diverse legal matters
• Serve as a strategic business partner across the organization
